This Easy Lemon Pie recipe is one of my hubby’s recipes. It is really easy and simple, and yet it taste so good! It is a favorite of ours for every holiday for sure!
This Easy Lemon Pie recipe has that perfect touch of sweet and tang that goes well as a dessert. It is also one of those recipes that is easy to prepare as a dish to take for get-togethers!
Easy Lemon Pie
4 large lemons
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 Kraft Cool Whip
graham cracker pie crust – deep dish
1. Roll and squeeze the lemons thoroughly.
2. Mix lemon juice and Eagle Brand milk together and whip with wire whisk.
3. Add cool whip and mix until it thickens somewhat.
4. Pour into pie crust.
5. Refrigerate (best if overnight). Pie will thicken and set.
