For as long as I can remember, Potato Salad has been a mainstay at all family gatherings and barbeques. It’s just one of those dishes that goes with everything and everyone looks for. During the Summer months especially, I hate being in the kitchen any longer than I have to. So, instead of going through all the trouble of boiling potatoes and heating up the kitchen, try this super easy recipe for No Cook Potato Salad!
This easy recipe is so simple to make and it’s super yummy! You can have a big tasty bowl of Potato Salad in a fraction of the time it normally takes! Shoosh! We won’t tell anyone you didn’t slave in the hot kitchen to make it
Easy No Cook Potato Salad Recipe
2 15 oz cans Whole Potatoes
1/2 cup Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
2 tbsp Mustard
1/2 cup diced Celery
1/4 cup diced Red Onion
1/4 cup diced Green Pepper
3 diced Hard Boiled Eggs
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Cube potatoes and add to large bowl.
Add all remaining ingredients (except paprika) and stir to mix well.
Garnish with paprika.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
