Strawberry Chia Seed Jam Recipe

  • 3 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • ¼ cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  1. Over medium heat, add strawberries and maple syrup in a small sauce pan and cook until berries get soft and release their juices.
  2. Stir often with a wire wisk to smash stubborn berries. About 5-10 minutes, depending on size of berries.
  3. Stir in chia seeds and continue cooking, stirring often, until thickened. About 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. Keep refrigerated up to 10 days.
