One of the things I like most about modern phones is that I can keep a huge library of music, movies and books in my pocket. Depending on what phone I have at the time, I can have hundreds to thousands of hours to listen to and if I don’t have it, well, that’s what the internet is for. If you are excercising or walking down the street, headphones work just fine, but what if you want to share the joy? You could set the computer speakers in the window or drag the laptop out onto the deck or you could dock your phone into an iLuv MobiRock and go!
I was excited to receive a chance to try out the iLuv MobiRock! The iLuv MobiRock is a wireless speaker that uses bluetooth to sync with your phone and allow you to fill an area with crisp, clear sound. Mobirock’s jAura technology delivers clear, high fidelity audio through full range speakers and a passive radiator. It has truly AMAZING sound quality, along with more than ample volume!
Pairing with your device is a snap if your phone is equiped with NFC (near field communications) and if not, it’s as simple as syncing with bluetooth. It even has voice prompts that help you along. It only took me a few seconds to connect and I was jamming to the tunes!
If your phone supports Qi wireless charging, putting it in the cradle will also assure you that you can just grab your phone and go, knowing that instead of draining your battery playing music, the iLuv Mobirock has been charging it.
If your phone doesn’t support Qi wireless charging, don’t worry! You can still charge your phone via the USB port. I was also able to charge my ipod using the USB port on the docking station!
A touch interface blends seamless with the top of the unit, giving it a clean modern appeal. It comes with a handy remote and it can also understand certain voice prompts, so that you can control it even when your hands are otherwise occupied.
On the deck grilling, at the pool swimming, in the yard playing with the kids or in the office, the iLuv MobiRock is a simple, great sounding solution to headphones or the tinny little speakers on most phones and laptops.
I have fallen in love with iLuv MobiRock! I not only enjoy listening to my tunes around the house, it is perfect for outside entertaining! Of course I also love how I can listen to tunes and charge my phone at the same time!
