When I received a chance to try a couple of their gadgets and one of the cookie pans to see what I thought about them, of course I said yes! The Culina Cookie Pan – Nonstick 11″x17″
I love new bakeware and was excited to receive a chance to try the Culina Nonstick Large Cookie Pan I had been hearing about. Cookie pans are one of the most used items in my kitchen. Mine really get a workout! I am loving the large 11″x 17″ size of the Culina cookie pan! It’s great for making big batches, especially cookies or holiday rolls! The cookie pan is sturdy, with ample handles for handling with potholders. It heats and cooks evenly, browning all the food to perfection! There is no turning the pan to try and avoid hot spots! We have tried a variety of foods on it like cookies, biscuits, garlic bread, roasted potatoes and the common frozen pizzas my hubs likes to snack on.
The Culina Cookie Pan has a double layer of nonstick coating, which I love! Sometimes I coat my cookie sheets lightly with oil, but for the sake of trying out it’s touted nonstick abilities, I just placed the food directly on the pan. We made our favorite roasted potatoes (pic above) and I was amazed to see the cooked food slide right off off the pan. You could literally tilt the pan and they slid right off into the bowl! There was no sticking at all. Once we were done cooking, the cookie pan had easy cleanup. A simple wash with warm soapy water was all that was needed. Culina recommends to hand wash to preserve the nonstick properties, but it is also 100% dishwasher safe.
Here are a couple of those frozen pizzas my hubs likes and I’m sure most kids love them too. They may not be the most healthy snack, nonetheless, it is a common snack loved by many.
