Zim’s Advanced Cold Sore Treatment Kit Review & Giveaway! #review

I am one of the many people that suffer from cold sores. I hate them! There are three things that seem to trigger them for me. In the summer, if I get to much sun, I can be assured of an ugly and unsightly cold sore popping out! If I have fever and/or stomach upsets and troubles, they seem to happen also. Then, there are the dreaded ones that come when I am experiencing a lot of stress. Even though I have identified what seems to bring mine on, I feel helpless in stopping them. Actually, I don’t think that I can. But, how I treat them makes a difference in how long they last. If you are a sufferer like me, then you know that one day is one day to many! You can also bet that I have tried ever treatment out there for them! Now, I have found a natural treatment and would love to tell you about it!

Zim's-Advanced-Cold-Sore-Treatment

When I heard that one of my favorite companies, Zim’s Natural Products, had a treatment for cold sores you can bet I wanted to give it a try. The sad part is that I no sooner received the product and here comes one of the dreaded cold sores! I guess it was good in that I could try it out, but bad that my recent stress level brought this one on! Anyway, let me tell you what it is and how it went!

What is Zim’s Adanced Cold Sore Treat & Maintain?

Zim’s Advanced Cold Sore Treat & Maintain products both contain Propolis ACF, which acts as a preservative. It has been used in traditional medicines for over 2,000 years. It’s also a product that is collected by honeybees from leaf buds and bark to help protect their beehives.

In the Zim’s Cold Sore Treat and Maintain Kit there are two products. The first product is to treat the cold sores. You use the Zim’s Advanced Cold Sore Treatment at the first sign or symptom. For me, I usually feel a small itch and I scratch, or rub, without thinking. From there it becomes a full blown cold sore. So, the minute I felt the first itch, I pulled out the Zim’s Advanced Cold Sore Treatment and applied. I applied every couple of hours to help keep it at bay.

The second product in the kit is the Zim’s Advanced Cold Sore Maintenance stick. This helps to protect the lips and lock in moisture, which keeps them healthy. Also, if you’ve ever had a cold sore then you know how they get hard and crack open. The Zim’s Advanced Cold Sore Maintain stick helps keep the cold sore moist so that it doesn’t crack open. You can apply it as often as needed to keep your lips moist.

While, the Zim’s Advanced Cold Sore Treat & Maintain products won’t prevent or stop cold sores, it did help mine as far as healing and not becoming worse. Mine definitely did not dry out, crust and crack open like they usual do! This was a major plus for me, since that is what seems to take the longest in healing it up. Plus, I love the Zim’s Advanced Cold Sore Maintain stick! It’s the best lip moisturizer I’ve ever used! The best part of all of it is that it’s all natural products! You have to love that! If you suffer from frequent cold sores, I would recommend giving the Zim’s Advanced Cold Sore Treat & Maintain Kit a try!

Please note: Zim’s does have a warning on the site that if you are allergic to bee stings or bee by-products, you should not use this product.
