Creating your Custom Fitted Teeth Trays

I was a bit nervous when starting to mix my ingredients for the impressions because of the time frame you have to work in. I shouldn’t have worried. Smile Brilliant has really thought of everything! They actually send you enough Base Paste and Catalyst to do 3 impressions. This way if you mess up, you have a back up. It was actually really easy and I didn’t need the third set.

To create your impression, start by removing one of the trays. Then mix a container of the Base Paste with the Catalyst Paste. You do this by simply squishing them together until they turn a blue color. You do have to work quickly, as you need to do this within 45 seconds.

Once it is mixed, spread evenly into the tray You have approximately 30 seconds to get this done. Once this is done, place the tray into your mouth and push onto teeth. Hold it there for 1:30 minutes. Do not wiggle them. After the appropriate time, remove and set aside.

Repeat this procedure for the other tray. Easy peasy! The process was not near as difficult as I had imagined! And, remember, you do have a third set if you happen to make a mistake.

Once you have your impressions, allow them to sit for 30 minutes. Then place them, along with the filled in return card, into the postage paid envelope. Drop them in the mail and wait for them to get back to you. This is also a speedy process! Once I mailed mine back, my custom fitted teeth trays came back to me within about a week!

Once my custom fitted teeth trays came back, it was time to give it a try! Well, first of course, I had to slip them in just to try them on. They fit like a glove! This was going to be awesome!

The custom trays really makes it whitening your teeth easy! To use, all you do is apply the teeth whitening gel inside the custom teeth tray. I goofed the first time and just squirted the gel in the bottom of the tray. I guess I have a lead fingertip because I also gave it a good healthy dose of the gel whitener! This caused a run over of the gel when pushing onto the teeth. Live and learn right? The second time, I paid more attention in applying the whitening gel to what is the front side of the teeth. Also, it doesn’t take much, which was the second mistake I had made. Each syringe gives you about 4 applications of the gel whitener.

I was surprised to find how comfortable the custom trays were to wear! I had heard my friends groaning and complaining over the generic trays and was expecting problems. However, the custom fitted teeth trays are super comfortable. I can wear them while I am cleaning house, working on the computer or even sleeping! They fit so perfectly it is even hard for other people to notice they are in your mouth. That is definitely convenient when you have an unexpected knock on the door or a delivery!

I took it really slow with mine. I have very sensitive teeth to start with and I did not want to create an aching mouth. The first couple of times, I did use the desensitizing gel before using the whitening gel. After that, I left it off and still had no trouble with it at all.

Did it work? You betcha! I could tell a difference even after the first use! After each time, my teeth got brighter and whiter! After using the Smile Brilliant teeth whitening system, I can say that I’m quite satisfied! The Smile Brilliant system has brought back my smile! It has already removed years of coffee, tea, and other stains that have been building up. It also does it without getting whitening goo all in my mouth and without having to deal with ridiculous press on strips. My absolute favorite part of this system is the price! It is VERY effective at removing staining on your teeth, but it isn’t a bleach. It won’t make your teeth any brighter than they are naturally. I actually like that. I’m not a fan of bleaching, anyway.
