Thanks, I can use all the gluten free recipes I can get! My mom is gluten free and it’s not easy finding something she likes when she comes over.

Thanks for sharing all these wonderful recipes with all of us! I checked out the recipe for Quinoa Dinner | #12Daysof Favorite Recipes! I have never tried Quinoa, however, I’d love to. I’ve been asking everyone who posts a Quinoa dish, what exactly is Quinoa and what does it taste like? No one has ever answered my question. I’m afraid to purchase it because I have no idea exactly what It is or what it tastes like. I have one picky family and I don’t want to waste grocery money to purchase it and not like it. Thanks for posting this recipe and all of the others! I truly do appreciate it! I’m always looking for new recipes! Thanks again! Michele :)

I was very slow to discover how versatile, wonderful and delicious quinoa is! But now that I have ~ I’m really on a tear to make up for lost time and trying every tempting recipe I come across like this one ~ which I can’t wait to try. My Honey/Hubby even gave me a very special quinoa & dark chocolate candy bar : delish!
