Is anyone else in meltdown from the Summer heat yet? We have been in triple digits with a heat index that is steadily rising .We are literally baking like a roast in an oven bag here! I am talking about the kind of heat where you step outside and it literally takes your breath away. It’s bad! I am starting to think there is something to the earth getting closer to the sun! Whatever it is, there is still grass to be mowed, the garden to tend to, and trees to be cut and chopped for wood for the coming Winter. Ah, yes, Winter! A nice thought on the horizon.
When working out in the heat, we have found a seriously ‘cool’ way to help keep cool! Have you heard of these ‘cool’ Cool Collars from Nano-Ice?

From freezer packs to wet towels around our neck, we have tried a little of all of it to stay cool in the heat. When we heard of the new Cool Collar, we were anxious to try it out. When it arrived, I hurriedly put it in the freezer, so it would be ready for yard work day.
My hubby was the first to try it while mowing the yard and picking up broken limbs – oh gosh the limbs here! Oh, and did I mention the Cool Collar is great for migraines?! I suffer with migraines several times a week. Long story about them, but the point is when I have them – not much helps. However, I have figured out that a dark room and cold on my neck and forehead helps. This would be great on days like today. I have yard work that needs doing, but I slept in. Now it’s 94 and I don’t feel like going outside to push the lawnmower and pull weeds. Thanks for the review, I’m going to have to look into a Cool Collar.
I have never heard of this but it looks amazing! We have had a heat wave where we live and I hate heat so much that I’ve kind of been a hermit this summer. I really need to check these out. Thanks for the review!

Today was such a hot day, I really need to get one of these. The Cool Collar is great for those days when you have the fan on and it just blows hot air.
This would be great for me as the heat and humidity make it hard to stay outside.My body tends to hold heat and therefore I sweat buckets.The collar looks comfy and would make it tolerable to spend time outside,This is a great review!
