How I Find “Me Time” During the Holidays with #EarthlyElements

Nature's Bounty Earthly Elements disclosure

The holidays have really crept up on us this year, haven’t they? I feel like it was just summer time a few weeks ago. Since the days are becoming busier with the holidays approaching I look forward to finding ways to unwind and calm my spirit down. My everyday life is fairly chaotic, as I’m sure most of yours are. But, with the holidays right here upon us, schedules are in overdrive! I also live in a house full of big dogs. While I love my 7 furbabies dearly, the noise and chaos they add to the household can sometimes make me think I am losing my mind! From stress to chaos from the holidays and just ordinary life, I need a way to escape for a little “me time”! How do I find it? Well, I have found these amazing Nature’s Bounty® Earthly Elements™ products that can take help me take on a mini vacation right in my own bathroom! Check them out below, along with these tips that I use to help find “me time” among all of the chaos.

How I Find "Me Time" During the Holidays with #EarthlyElements

How I Find ‘Me Time’ During the Holidays

Step One: Escape to the bathroom! I say escape, because if the dogs notice where I am heading they will be right there with me. Once inside, I can lock the door and begin creating my own personal spa and oasis!

Step Two: Run hot bath water in the bathtub. I like my water scalding hot, so I run it hot and then let it cool down just a tiny bit before enjoying. I know ‘hot’ water isn’t suppose to be good. But, hey, this is “me time” and I can do what I want right?

How I Find "Me Time" During the Holidays with #EarthlyElements

Step Three: Add Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements essential oil to my bathwater to enjoy the ultimate escape. I add a few drops to my bath water to get that spa experience. I love that Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements creates essential oils that has its own unique aroma.

A couple of my favorite Earthly Elements Essential Oils

Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements Eucalyptus essential oil is one of my very favorites for unwinding! It is 100% pure essential oil that gives you a cooling, calming feeling. I love using this one in my bath right before bed because it helps melt all the stresses of the day away and relaxes me for a good night’s sleep.

Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements Peppermint Essential Oil

My second favorite Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements essential oil is the Peppermint, especially if I need a pick me up! The sweet smell of peppermint fills the air and as I relax in the warm water the Peppermint essential revitalizes and me and and helps me feel energized. I feel refreshed and ready to re-enter the world of chaos.

Nature's Bounty Earthly Elements Diffuser

Step Four: Add a few drops of my favorite Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements to my diffuser. A few drops and I feel as though I’m in a tropical paradise. I keep my little Earthly Elements diffuser in my bathroom. It is the perfect size for my “me time” escapes!

Earthly Elements essential oils can be used alone or you can blend the essential oils to find your own personal favorite blend!

If I’m really feeling the holiday stress, I mix my Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements with a carrier oil such as Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements Sweet Almond Oil and then I have my own massage oil. After relaxing in my personal spa, I can have the hubs massage my tense muscles with the Sweet Almond Oil mixed with a little of my favorite essential oil. It’s pure bliss, I’m telling you!

Step Five: I take the time to enjoy myself. Enjoy the “me time” you have set aside due to the busyness and craziness of the holidays. Even if the holidays are non-stop, you don’t need to be that way. Enjoy your holiday “me time” and take everything else as it comes.

Check out the Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements portfolio page online to see the entire selection, and remember, they can also be purchased at local Wal-Mart stores everywhere. You can find them in the vitamin aisle. Nature’s Bounty Earthly Elements Essential Oils, Diffuser, and the Sweet Almond Oil are perfect for giving the gift of aromatherapy to friends and family. After all, everyone needs a little “me time” every now and again!

I am starting to learn about essential oils and I am amazed by how much my emotions are tied to scents. I love taking baths and adding in some lavender scent. Takes me away :) Sounds like a commercial, but it is true!

I haven’t really had any dealings with essential oils but I am learning more every day

I enjoy going to Starbucks or local library and sip on some coffee and read a book for me time. I get lost in a book and that is so relaxing to me.

What a wonderful idea, head to the bathroom to sit in spa like conditions, when my boys were younger they knew that if I was in the bathroom it was off limits, no questions, no phones, and don’t bother me, tough rule to support but works for us.

That sounds so relaxing! I do need to try to pamper myself with something like this more often.

I would like to try the essential oils, they are supposed to help out with health. This is a goal for New Year’s this year.

I love essential oils. I am learning more and more about them. I love the idea of using as an aromatherapy and think it would be a great way to scent a room and not have to use nasty chemicals.
