Like many of you, my day begins by staggering to the kitchen looking for that hot liquid brew that helps pry my eyes open. Most of us has some form of coffee machine that we brew our morning cup of coffee with. If you are like me, mine gets a work out all through the day. I not only enjoy hot coffee in the mornings, but all day long! Wouldn’t it be nice if you had a machine that does more than brew a plain old boring cup of hot coffee? You can brew a cup, a travel mug, half a pot or a whole pot.
Not that making multiple size batches wouldn’t be enough for me, but, the Ninja Coffee Bar can also make ice coffee, hot coffee and special brews like espresso. But, here’s the thing: This machine is SMART. It knows what you are making, it calculates how strong it should be so that you’re not overwhelmed, underwhelmed or watered down. This is called Thermal Flavor Extraction! Thermal Flavor Extraction technology delivers the perfect brew richness level every time.
The Ninja Coffee Bar also has Auto-IQ Intelligence. This means that the machine can be told what you are making with the touch of a button, therefore making the perfect batch of coffee for you to enjoy.

The Ninja Coffee Bar has a reusable filter. However, I prefer to slip a disposable filter inside of it for a cleaner cup of coffee. Without the disposable filter sometimes the grounds come through in the coffee and I hate getting those in my mouth.
Oh boy at the options! I can literally drink the day away! I can make a whole, or a half, carafe of the delicious brew to get my day started! I also love that I can create specialty cups of coffee like the hot lattes or cappuccinos for a special pick me up during mid-day. I can also enjoy my favorite Iced Mocha Latte in the afternoon!
But wait until you hear the best part! You can literally make all the combinations you can think of right in your own kitchen using your own coffee! Yep! I used my plain old run of the mill coffee from my local supermarket to make my creations. What amazed me the most was the taste! The coffee taste totally different when using it in the Ninja Coffee Bar than it did when using it in my drip machine! The Ninja Coffee Bar literally gives it a great coffeehouse flavor that you would normally pay $5+ for! Wowza!!
The Ninja Coffee Bar also has a milk frother to use in creating the specialty coffee bar drinks. Its unique design makes frothing hot or cold milk quick and easy. I just added my milk, warmed it in the microwave and then gave it a few quick plunges – easy peasey!
For the Hot Mocha Latte, I added my chocolate syrup to the travel mug and set it in place to brew. Meanwhile, I added milk to the Milk Frother and warmed in the microwave for 1 minute. After plunging to make the froth, I simply poured it into the brewed mug of coffee and chocolate. That’s it!
For my favorite Iced Mocha Latte, I added 3 scoops of coffee using the Ninja scoop into the filter. Then, I simply added 2 cups ice, 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and 3/4 cup milk into the travel mug. Next, just set the travel mug in place and choose ‘Specialty Brew’. Within a minute, I was drinking a DELICIOUS Iced Mocha Latee!

I love my coffee and this system is amazing! It allows me to make so many different kinds of coffee with just one machine. Best of all I can save money by using my own coffee and making these delicious drinks at home instead of visiting the coffee bar. Come to think of it, I save time too by making my own at home!
