Ah, love is in the air this month. Everywhere I look there’s someone gushing about their big plans for Valentine’s Day or working themselves into a frenzy, getting everything planned for the big night. Thankfully, I’ve never had anything hazardous happen, but in case you’re one who is wary of such things there is a wonderful alternative offered by PeachSkinSheets, the Aquaflame Flameless Candle.
About the Aquaflame Flameless Candle
The Aquaflame Flameless Candle is the latest in flameless candle technology! Enjoy the warm glow of candlelight combined with the soothing sound of babbling water. Each unscented Aqua Flame™ candle fountain is made of real wax, LED lights, and features a high quality water fountain with dry run protection.
The AquaFlame Candle Fountain control are on the bottom of the candle. You can set the flameless candle, and/or, the waterfall to on. You can also have it on a timer if desired.
The candle light will work independently of the waterfall by just turning the setting on LED. If you place the setting on LED + pump, both the candle light and the waterfall will function.
If you want to use the timer, it is set by the time you turn the AquaFlame Candle Fountain on. For instance, from the point of turning it on, it will run for 5 hours and then shut off. It will resume 19 hours later and run for another 5 hours.
The AquaFlame Candle Fountain can be run on 3 “D” batteries or by AC current. The batteries make it nice for using as a centerpiece on your table and moving about.
To add the water to the AquaFlame Candle Fountain just pour into the top. The candle will hold between 16 and 22 ounces of water (I used 16 ounces). Just pour it in and you are ready! Easy peasy!
I love the real wax of the AquaFlame Candle Fountain! I also love the sound of the trickling water. It is truly soothing and mesmerizing. The AquaFlame Candle Fountain is a great romantic candle for candle light and sound. It’s also great for just chilling and relaxing at the end of the day.

- Once the water evaporates over time, the dry run protection activates. The pump will automatically turn off when the dry level is reached and prevent damage to the candle fountain.
The one con that I came across when using the waterfall, was that I found I needed to place a towel across the table where it was at. The candle tends to spit water when using the fountain. The spits and spatters are only little drops, but left running long enough it could be damaging to wood furniture. It was simple enough to solve with the towel, but I wanted to make mention of it.
