I love to eat good, old fashioned home cooking. From hand whipped, fluffy mashed potatoes to thick hand patted burgers to homemade sauces. If it’s home cooked, it’s on my list of favorites or must try dishes. At our house, it seems chicken is always on the menu. There are so many ways to cook chicken! Baked, fried, served up in a casserole, you name it and my family is a fan. Our latest favorite chicken recipe is this One Skillet Chicken with Garlic Lemon Sauce!
This delicious One Skillet Chicken with Garlic Lemon Sauce has earned a spot on our favorites list! With chicken as the main ingredient and then served up in a savory garlic lemon cream sauce, this recipe pairs great with a side dish of rice or mashed potatoes.

Spanish onions are a type of yellow onion. A yellow onion can be used instead
OMG! Love chicken, lemon and garlic, and cream. ALL combined together, that’s got my name all over it. And 1 skillet, not 20 pots to wash out. Pinned and planned, and I can’t wait!
