Ah, Valentines Day. With so many delicious goodies to gorge on, it’s no wonder it’s one of my favorite holidays. I know a lot of you have big plans with your significant others this coming Valentines Day and that you’ve been looking forward to it. Me? Well, I’m getting to spend the day with my true sweethearts – my pups! My furbabies and I plan on getting out in the fresh air on Valentine’s Day with a hike dedicated to just being in each others company. The pups could hike all day, but mom needed a short rest. My feet were warm, but energy wise – I ran out of steam. The pups were happy to allow me a breather, especially knowing we would continue instead of the usual “my feet are cold and we have to go back to the house” answer!
After a little more hiking time, they had spent their energy too. A few had already stopped and were laying down and the others were starting to gather around my legs with their tongues hanging out. It was time to go to the house. We had been out quite a while, but hey – my feet were still toasty and warm! And, did I mention how comfortable the boots are?! These aren’t the cutest boots , but that’s not important to me. My feet are cold year round. I have a pair of lined Lugz boots and they’re really warm. These boots here have a thicker lining than the pair I own. I’d love to win these!
